The Small Print: Reservations may be secured by a credit card or check. We have a 14 day cancellation policy except for major holidays. Reservations canceled before the 14 day period will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within the 14 day period are subject to a 100% charge of the reservation cost unless the property is rented by someone else. Reservations for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day) have a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within the 30 day period are subject to a 100% charge of the reservation cost unless the property is rented by someone else.
Trinity River Adventure Inn is a non-smoking establishment. No smoking inside lodging. Please be considerate of other guests if smoking outside and dispose of butts in outside garbage, not in planters or on ground (extreme fire hazard as well as messy). No open fires except on patio in BBQs or chiminea.
Pet Owners are responsible for their pets and will pick up their waste around the housing and community. Please keep pets off furniture or bring blankets to cover it. Barking is frowned on; please keep your pets with you or arrange to have someone watch them when you’re away. Aggressive dogs are not welcome.
Guests are responsible for their cabins and the equipment they use and agree to return it in the same condition in which they received them, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear.
We've learned the hard way: To avoid extra cleaning charges, cabins should be left with clean carpets needing vacuuming only (we charge for shampooing), no animal hair on furniture and relatively clean ovens (wipe up spills as they happen). Guests agree to pay Owners’ cost to replace any lost items, including shipping charges.
Any damage to cabins or grounds are the responsibility of Registered Guest.
