Each cabin is set up for the number of guests & beds you specify, up to the listed maximum. Additional guests may sleep on couches, air bed or pads and are $15 each per night. We provide towel and sleeping pads or air bed if requested; please bring sleeping bags and pillows for additional guests.

We have a 14 day cancellation policy except for major holidays. Reservations canceled before the 14 day period will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within the 14 day period are subject to a 100% charge of the reservation cost unless the property is rented by someone else. Reservations for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day), as well as reservations for all 4 Steel Bridge cabins on the same dates, have a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations canceled within the 30 day period are subject to a 100% charge of the reservation cost unless the property is rented by someone else.
Trinity River Adventure Inn is a non-smoking establishment. No smoking inside lodging. Please be considerate of other guests if smoking outside and dispose of butts in outside garbage; not in planters or on ground (extreme fire hazard as well as messy). No open fires except on patio in BBQs.
Pet Owners are responsible for their pets and will pick up their waste around the housing and community and put it in the large garbage can in the trash area by the breezeway, not garbage cans at other cabins. Please keep pets off furniture or bring blankets to cover it. Barking is frowned on; keep your pets with you or arrange to have someone watch them when you’re away. Aggressive dogs are not welcome.
We expect to dust, vacuum, mop, change beds, do laundry and clean bathrooms. To avoid extra cleaning charges, cabins should be left with clean carpets; tile and laminate floors with no excess dirt or debris; no animal hair on furniture; clean counter surfaces; clean refrigerator, cooktop stove & oven (wipe up spills as they happen); and clean dishes. ANY pet accidents inside will require full treatment of floors, carpets and possibly furniture with enzyme solution, then steam cleaning. Fans and heaters often must be left on overnight to dry carpets, adding to the costs. It is all expensive and we charge for it. The minimum charge is $250; it goes up for larger areas and more problems. If the cabin is rented soon after your departure and can’t be inhabited because the carpets are still damp, you will be liable for any lost rental fees. What this all boils down to is we welcome responsible guests with well-behaved dogs. We do not welcome problems.
