Whether you have very small kids and/or dogs in your party, or just want a lazy adventure, rafting's the answer. We offer guided river trips and guests can ride in comfort while being rowed (very nice birding platform), or they can grab paddles and be part of the engine. Between the easy and pretty stretches, there are some more exciting sections that range between Class I and II depending on the river level.  All guests are provided life jackets and a cooler is available to pack lunches and drinks.

We can accommodate large parties, but most often run single-boat trips for one group at a time. We have several runs for guided river trips (see below). You can combine a raft trip for part of your group with kayaking for the rest. (See our Kayak page for more info). We often take pictures on the trip and email them to you later, so you really can groove and let us take care of the details.

When in season (July-fall), blackberry picking along the way adds to the fun! We'll stop at areas that can't be reached by land and provide bags so you can pick berries for fresh eating, cobbler that night, or freeze them and take them home. This can add an hour or more to your trip time and is included in the price.

For river use, we only rent rafts to experienced rafters with local knowledge (meaning they know the channels to choose, where potential hazards exist, etc.). No experience is necessary for raft rentals on Lewiston Lake. We deliver and launch the raft, then retrieve it and the gear afterward.  Rafts can be set up to accommodate rowing or paddling and will hold up to 8 people per boat.
